Our 325 seat Lakeside Dining Room overlooks beautiful Lake Louise. Meals are served buffet-style with diverse menus offering a variety of selections allowing guests creativity and the means to meet most dietary restrictions. Our full hot breakfast buffet always includes fresh cut fruit, while lunch and dinner include a garden-fresh salad bar.  Save room for dessert!

Food FAQ’s

  • We will do everything possible, within reason, to accommodate your dietary needs. Click here to find our sample menus. We may alter it from time to time, but will serve as a good guideline for you to see what we will be serving. We try to build in as many options and choices as possible, giving enough variety in hopes of pleasing as many guests as possible. There is always a fresh cut fruit bar in the morning with gluten-free yogurt and home-made gluten-free granola, along with a build-your-own salad bar with every lunch and dinner that offers a selection of fresh vegetable toppings. There is always a gluten free entrée offered as well, designated (GF)* on the buffet menu sign. Being a buffet, you will have the control to choose what you can or cannot eat. Based on past experiences, most times than not, there is enough to choose from to make your visit with us a win/win.

  • We open the dining room for a combined guest count of 30 or more people. Does your group have less than 30? If so, you still might be able to eat if there are other groups on campus. For example: if you have a group of 20 people, and another group has 15 people, the combined numbers between the two groups will meet our guest count minimum.
