I want to compliment Joe on his customer service; it reflects genuine caring. Last year I visited Toccoa and was happy to come back this year. I enjoyed the same excellent experience on both of these visits. I am gluten free, and Joe is more knowledgeable, caring, and considerate than most any food service person I have encountered. Thank you for your hospitality. I felt more comfortable here than in a 4 star hotel. Everthing was refreshingly clean and required no wipe down like I have to do in other hotels. Dear Mr. Wheeler, I was a participant in a recent women’s Spiritual Renewal Weekend. It was my first time to come to your conference center. The surroundings that we were in made the weekend. The kindness of the staff, the tasty and nourshing food, and the landscaping around the lake and buildings all showed God’s love.
